Microdermabrasion

Our microdermabrasion treatment with hydration is recommended for softening fine lines, superficial acne scars, sun damage, pigmentation, age spots, reduces congestion such as blackheads and whiteheads and overall facial rejuvenation.
Our Diamond tipped wands gently remove the outer dead surface layer leaving your skin softer and smoother followed by hydration allowing for deeper product penetration and glowing skin. Dermaplaning can be added for an additional cost.

When You Arrive For Your Appointment:

  • You will lie on the treatment table, I will drape you with a towel and place a cap on your head to protect your hair.
  • I will prepare your skin by washing your face, using an exfoliating toner and medical degreaser.
  • Once prep is complete I will dermaplane as needed. This feels like a credit card on your skin.
  • The physical exfoliating portion of the treatment will feel like a rough cats tongue. I treat the entire face and neck area. (Chest also treated, if needed.)
  • A peel solution consisting of glycolic, citric and lactic acid will be applied to your skin and you will feel a tingling sensation. This is timed on your skin for 5 minutes then neutralized with a dry buff and a wet buff to remove any surface debris.
  • Once the condition of your skin is determined, I may recommend an Oxygen Infusion treatment.
  • Oxygen infusion utilizes 87 vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants that deeply feed and hydrate your skin. It uses a nebulizer that gently sprays small droplets that penetrate deep into the skin to hydrate, fight free radicals and supports the skin’s structure leaving your skin hydrated and firmer.
  • The hydration portion of the treatment will push a hyaluronic acid serum into the skin to deeply hydrate post exfoliation. It feels wet and soothing.
  • You will then have a hyaluronic acid, moisturizer and sunscreen applied to complete the treatment.

Microdermabrasion with hydration is performed in a series of 6 every other week then once monthly for maintenance. (May also be customized depending on the condition of your skin.)
